I am Tal Ninyo, the owner, founder and portrait photographer responsible for Images By Ninyo and its restoration services.
Working both here and abroad for over two decades, I combine the “old-world” craftsmanship with “cutting-edge” computer-aided alterations. I was trained as a photographer, and possess a natural photographer’s eye. In 1996 I combined that expertise with my computer abilities and began restoring old photographs.
Recently, I have begun to concentrate almost exclusively on photographic restoration. As shown in the Restoration page, the restoration can be as simple as removing an unwanted pole to replacing a “missing” arm.
Each work receives my complete focus and attention to detail, for which a true artist is known. Some have even called me a “perfectionist” because of the exacting standards to which I hold my restorations.
One picture is said to be worth 1,000 words. Hopefully, my restorations do, indeed, speak for themselves. However, please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
Since the restoration process involves a computer-scanned duplicate, your precious photograph is never altered. It is returned to you unharmed. Your restored photograph is printed on your choice of high-quality matte or glossy photographic stock.
